The Florida Inline Skating Marathon’s Inaugural event was launched by Founder/President Mike Mason, and an impassioned ensemble of inline skaters, in October 2021. The FISM immediately became the largest skate race in Florida; and the second largest in the nation. The FISM is held at the World Class venue- Nathan Benderson Park, in the charming community of sunny Sarasota, Florida. A variety of race distances offer something for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Not since 2005 had the World Inline Cup (WIC) been represented in the USA, to which the FISM is proud to be an Associated Race. If you are returning, thank you for your past participation!
